The 8 of May 120 children and youth from 10 schools in Stockholm met with representatives from the five political parties of the City under the oak tree in the courtyard of the Stockholm City Hall.
The tree is the Stockholm Children’s Meeting Place with inspiration from the Mother Tree at UN in Nairobi.
The pupils had prepared questions in their respective schools and decided which questions to bring to their politicians, who answered their questions.
The pupils also had the opportunity to put questions to the foreign guests from Kenya, Uganda and Malaysia.
